Configuring PM Overheads

Procedure

1. In the NE Explorer, select an OTU board and choose Configuration > OTN > PM Overhead from the Function Tree.
2. Click Query at the right bottom of the interface and query the configuration of the current corresponding overhead.

   
   
   

3. Optional: Select the unit port or channel. Click State > OOS to set the Primary, Secondary State.
4. Double-click the fields TIM Mode, and select a new value.
   NOTICE:

   Configuring the parameter LCK Insertion as ENABLE may interrupt service.
   NOTE:

5. Double-click the parameter fields to set the parameters.
6. Click Apply and the configuration is complete.
7. Optional: Select the unit port or channel. Click State > IS to set the Primary, Secondary State.
