Querying the Input Lower Threshold of Optical Power

When the board detects that the actual input optical power is lower than the lower threshold, an IN-PWR-LOW alarm is reported. After this alarm is generated, services on the optical interface have bit errors. On the U2000 Web LCT, you can query the input lower threshold of optical power.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, click the desired board. Choose Configuration > Optical Power Management from the Function Tree.

  2. Click Query and the U2000 Web LCT reads the of the optical power from the NE.
