Modifying IPA

After the creation of IPA, parameters of the IPA can be modified.

Prerequisites

You must be an NM user with "NE administrator" authority or higher.

IPA pair must be created.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select the NE and choose Configuration > IPA Management from the Function Tree.
  2. Click Query to query the created IPA information.
  3. Select the desired IPA protection group. Double-click the parameter field, refer to the Parameters to select or enter a new parameter. Click Apply on the bottom to apply the configuration.
  4. Start the NE Explorer of the opposite NE. Refer to Steps 1 through 3 to perform the same configuration at the opposite NE.
