Adjusting the NE Fan Speed

This section describes the configuration of speed level of the fan.

Prerequisites

The Fan Speed Mode is Adjustable Speed Mode.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, click the NE and select Configuration > Fan Attribute from the Function Tree.
  2. Select a subrack from the Select Shelf drop-down list which is wanted to change the speed of the fan.
  3. Select Adjustable Speed Mode in the Fan Speed Mode pane.
  4. Select Stop, Low, Medium or High in the Fan Speed Level pane.
  5. Click OK in the dialogue box displayed. Click Apply.
