Alarm Group

The alarm group performance parameters can be used to report alarm events.

In this user interface, you can set the alarm group performance parameters of an Ethernet Port.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select a board and select Performance > RMON Performance from the Function Tree. Click the Alarm Group tab.

Monitored Object

  • Equipment that supports the master and slave shelf management: shelf ID(shelf name)-slot number-board name-port number(port name)
  • Equipment that does not support the master and slave shelf management: slot number-board name-port number(port name)

Displays the port in the NE current performance data of which is being queried.

Alarm Name

For example: Fragments

Displays monitor alarms of the port by the Ethernet service type.

Report Mode

Report in Case of Upper Threshold-Crossing, Report in Case of Lower Threshold-Crossing, Report All

Sets whether to report alarm when the alarm number exceeds the upper or lower threshold, or report at any alarm.

Upper Threshold

1 to 4294967295

Sets the upper threshold of alarm number.

Lower Threshold

0 to 4294967294

Default: 0

Sets the lower threshold of alarm number.

Monitor Status

Enable, Disable

Default: Disable

Sets whether to monitor.
