History Performance

In this user interface, you can set and query 15-minute or 24-hour history performance parameters.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, click a card and select Performance > History Performance from the Function Tree.

Monitored Object

  • Equipment that supports the master and slave shelf management: NE name-shelf ID(shelf name)-slot number-board name
  • Equipment that does not support the master and slave shelf management: NE name-slot number-board name

Selects a monitored object.

Monitor Period

15-Minute, 24-Hour

Selects the performance monitoring period.

From:

To:

Format: mm-dd-yyyy hh:mm:ss

Sets the start time and end time of the performance monitoring.

Gauge

Performance Event Type: Received Optical Power, Launched Optical Power, Temperature, Bias Current, Back Facet Current, Cooling Current, Channel Central Wavelength, Channel Central Wavelength offset, Channel Signal-to-noise Ratio, Others.

Display Options: Current Value, Maximum/Minimum Value.

Selects performance event type and display options.

Count

Performance Event Type: Optical Transmission Section Error, OCH FEC Error, Optical Data Segment Bit Error, Section Error, Line Error, Line PS, STS PJCS, Path Error, Pointer Justification.

Display Options: Zero Data.

Selects performance event type and display options.

History Performance Event Lists

Monitored Object

  • Equipment that supports the master and slave shelf management: optical NE name-NE name-shelf ID(shelf name)-slot number-board name-port number(port name)
  • Equipment that does not support the master and slave shelf management: optical NE name-NE name-slot number-board name-port number(port name)

Displays the performance monitoring object.

Performance Event

For example: BDTEMPCUR(Cels.)

Displays the name of a performance event.

Location

Local End, Remote End

Indicates the location which performance is monitored.

Local End refers to alarm conditions occurring at the identified entity.

Remote End refers to alarm conditions occurring at a distant entity that is connected to the identified entity.

Direction

Receiving End, Transmitting End

Specifies the monitoring direction relative to the entity identified.

Monitor Period

15-Minute, 24-Hour

Displays the performance monitoring period.

Start Time

Format:yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss

Displays the time to start performance monitoring.

Value

For example: 44.70

Displays the performance count value.

Validity

Valid, Invalid

Displays the validity indicates whether the information for the specified time period was accumulated over the entire time period or some portion of it.
