Reset Performance Register

Before entering the normal operation stage after network test or fault recovery, you need to reset performance register, and enter the new performance monitoring cycle.

In this user interface, you can reset the following types of NE performance registers for different monitored object:

15-Minute current performance register
24-Hour current performance register
15-Minute history performance register
24-Hour history performance register

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select a card and select Performance > Reset Performance Register from the Function Tree.

Buttons

Button	Description
Reset	Resets the current or history performance register to clear the data.

Parameters

Field	Value	Description
Monitored Object	For example: NE4-1-OC12D-1(FAC-1)-OC12 (For SONET) otm-NE163-6-LWC1 (For WDM)	Allows the user to select the monitored object.
Register Type	15-Minute Current, 24-Hour Current, 15-Minute History, 24-Hour History	Allows the user to select the monitoring register.
