Port Shaping Management

Through configuring the port shaping function, the U2000 Web LCT can enable the flow control function at the Ethernet source port.

In the NE Explorer, select a board and choose Configuration > QoS Management > Port Shaping Management from the Function Tree.

Field	Value	Description
Port	For example: Port3	Selects the port requiring flow control.
Port Queue	For example: 1	Displays the port queue that can be configured. From port 1, the priority of sending the IP packet is degressive in turn.
Status	Enabled, Disabled	Sets whether to enable the port alignment.
CIR(kbit/s)	Values of parameters vary with different boards and products.	Sets the bandwidth that can be guaranteed of the sink port.
DCBS(kbyte)	Values of parameters vary with different boards and products.	Displays the buffer capacity of the sink port.
PIR(kbit/s)	Values of parameters vary with different boards and products.	Displays the peak bandwidth.
DMBS(kbyte)	Values of parameters vary with different boards and products.	Displays the buffer capacity of CBS.
