Configuring the Binding Between a Flow and the CAR/CoS

For the configured CAR/CoS to take effect, you need to bind them to a flow.

Prerequisites

Applies to the 11LEX4, 11LEM24, TBE, L4G board of the OptiX OSN 8800 T16(NA), OptiX OSN 8800 T32(NA), OptiX OSN 8800 T64(NA), OptiX OSN 6800A and the OptiX OSN 3800A.

Applicable to the LEM18 board of the OptiX OSN 1800(NA).

The Ethernet service must be created.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select a board and choose Configuration > QoS Management > Flow Management from the Function Tree.
  2. Select the Flow Configuration table and the flow to be bound. In the corresponding Bound CoS and Bound CAR drop-down lists, select the created CAR ID and CoS ID.
  3. Click Apply.
