Synchronizing the NE Time with the U2000 Web LCT Server Automatically

The NE time can be automatically synchronized with the U2000 Web LCT server time. In this way, the time of alarms and logs can be correctly recorded in the U2000 Web LCT.

Prerequisites

The NTP service should not be configured for the U2000 Web LCT and NEs.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Configuration > NE Time Synchronization from the Function Tree.
  2. Set the Synchronous Mode to NMS and click Apply.
  3. Set the Start Time and Period (days) in the lower pane. Click Apply.

    NOTE:

    The Start Time cannot be earlier than the current time.
