Ethernet Port Flow Monitoring/Ethernet Port Traffic Monitoring

In this user interface, you can enable the function of monitoring the Ethernet port flow and query the data of the Ethernet port flow of the last month.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select a board and choose Performance > Ethernet Port Flow Monitoring from the Function Tree.

In the NE Explorer, select a board and choose Performance > Ethernet Port Traffic Monitoring from the Function Tree.

Monitored Object/Monitor Object

  • Equipment that supports the master and slave shelf management: shelf ID(shelf name)-slot number-board name-port number(port name)
  • Equipment that does not support the master and slave shelf management: slot number-board name-port number(port name)

Indicates the object where you enable the function of monitoring the Ethernet port flow.

Flow Monitoring/Traffic Monitoring

Disabled, Enabled

Default: Disabled

Specifies the status of the port where you enable or disable the function of monitoring the Ethernet port flow.

Physical Bandwidth Monitoring/Historical Physical Bandwidth Monitoring

Disabled, Enabled

Default: Disabled

Specifies the status of the port where you enable or disable the function of monitoring the history physical bandwidth.

Bandwidth Usage Monitoring/Historical Bandwidth Usage Monitoring

Disabled, Enabled

Default: Disabled

Specifies the status of the port where you enable or disable the function of monitoring the history bandwidth utilization ratio.

Specifies the port where you query the data of the Ethernet port flow.

Start Time

Format: month/day/year hour:minute:second

Specifies the start time when you query the data of the Ethernet port flow.

End Time

Format: month/day/year hour:minute:second

Specifies the end time when you query the data of the Ethernet port flow.

DST

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether the Start Time and End Time use the DST.

Checked is selected, if the location of the NE uses the DST. Unchecked is selected, if the location of the NE does not the DST.

Display Mode

List, Graphics

Default: List

Specifies the mode of displaying the data of the Ethernet port flow.

  • When Display Mode is set to List, the data of the Ethernet port flow is displayed as a list in the U2000 Web LCT user interface.
  • When Display Mode is set to Graphics, the data of the Ethernet port flow is displayed as a graph in the U2000 Web LCT user interface.

View Mode

List, Graph

Default: List

Specifies the mode of displaying the data of the Ethernet port flow.

  • When View Mode is set to List, the data of the Ethernet port flow is displayed as a list in the U2000 Web LCT user interface.
  • When View Mode is set to Graph, the data of the Ethernet port flow is displayed as a graph in the U2000 Web LCT user interface.

Time

Format: month/day/year hour:minute:second time zone

Indicates the time when the NE collects the flow data.

Input Flow (kbit/s)

Input Traffic(kbit/s)

For example: 578

Indicates the input flow on the port when the NE collects the flow data.

Output Flow (kbit/s)

Output Traffic(kbit/s)

For example: 578

Indicates the output flow on the port when the NE collects the flow data.

Inbound Physical Bandwidth (kbit/s)

For example: 9578

Indicates the inbound physical bandwidth.

Outbound Physical Bandwidth (kbit/s)

For example: 9578

Indicates the outbound physical bandwidth.
