Microwave equipment implements the automatic loopback function to test the connectivity of intermediate frequency (IF) cables for facilitating troubleshooting.

In the NE Explorer, click an NE and choose from the navigation tree.
NOTICE: The test is implemented by using ODU radio frequency (RF) loopback and applies only for troubleshooting because the loopback will interrupt services on the interface. After faults are rectified, the ODU automatically restores service transmission.
