ATM Service Management

In this user interface, you can configure related parameters of the ATM service, and to query the ATM service by NE.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, click the NE and choose Configuration > ATM Service Management from the Function Tree.

Buttons

Button	Description
New	Create an ATM service by NE.
Configure Connection	Modify the attributes of the existing ATM service connection.
Add	Add an ATM connection.
Delete	Select the service that you want to delete. Click Delete, and the Prompt dialog box is displayed. Confirm the deletion, and the Operation Result dialog box is displayed, indicating that the operation is successful. NOTICE: This operation causes service interruption. Exercise caution when you perform this operation. After the service is deleted, the corresponding PW is automatically deleted.

Parameters

Field	Value	Description
Index	Example: 1	Indicates the ATM service index. The ATM service in alarm can be located according to the Monitored Object value.
Service ID	1 to 4294967295	Set the ID of the service.
Aotomatically Assign	Checked, Unchecked	Selects whether the ID is allocated automatically.
Service Name	64 bytes	Set the name of the service.
Service Type	UNIs-NNI, UNI-UNI	Set the ATM service type. UNIs-NNI: multi-point service UNI-UNI: single-point service
Deployment Status	Deployed, Undeployed	Display the deployment status of the service.
Connection Type	Example: PVP, PVC, Port Transparent	Select the connection type of the ATM service. PVP indicates that only the VPI values of the source and sink are exchanged. PVC indicates that both the VPI and VCI values of the source and sink are exchanged. Port Transparent indicates that transparently transmit an ATM service, the user ATM cells are encapsulated into PWs as payload without interpretation of the ATM cell headers, and are transported to the other end over the transport network.
Protection Type	Unprotected, PW APS, Slave Protection Pair	Set the type of protection.

Binding Path	Query attributes of the IMA group for the ATM service. For details, see Binding.
