Configuring the Service Mode

Procedure

1. In the NE Explorer, select the desired board and choose Configuration > WDM Interface from the Function Tree.
2. Click By Board/Port (Channel), and then choose Channel from the drop-down list.
3. Select the Basic Attributes tab, and then select the desired optical interface. Double-click the Service Mode field, and then choose the desired service mode from the drop-down list.
   NOTE:

   You do not need to set Service Mode for a line board that works in standard mode.

4. Click Apply.
