Viewing Clock Synchronization Status

If the clocks between NEs in the network are not synchronous, the pointer justification, bit error, even service interruption may occur on NE. Using the Web LCT, you can learn and monitor the synchronization status of the NE clocks.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Configuration > Clock > Physical Clock > Clock Synchronization Status from the Function Tree.
  2. Click Query. You can view the information about the clock synchronization status queried from the NE side.

  3. Optional: Double-click Data Output Method in Holdover Mode, select Normal Data Output or Keep the Latest Data, click Apply and the configuration is complete.
