This topic describes the application of the physical clock.
As shown in Figure 1, the master synchronous Ethernet equipment converts the clock information of the reference clock source to the information in a format used by the intermediate synchronous Ethernet equipment,
which transports the clock information to the transport network. Then, the clock information is transported over the transport network. Finally, the precise clock information is output to the equipment.
