Performing a Loopback

The loopback is a common and effective way to locate equipment faults. By using the Web LCT you can set a loopback for equipment.

  You can set a loopback for a VC4 path by using the Web LCT. The VC4 path loopback is a common fault location method used to test and maintain the SDH board. The VC4 path loopback is used to test the fiber connections and interfaces on the SDH board, and is also used to test the SDH service processing module and the cross-connect board.
