The optical transmission section (OTS) overhead is used to monitor and maintain a trail at the OTS layer. In this user interface, you can set the OTS overhead bytes and the relevant parameters.
In the NE Explorer, select an FIU board and choose from the Function Tree.

Sets the trail trace identifier (TTI) to be sent at the port. The overhead bytes to be set include Source Flag, Sink Flag and User Flag. You can use the Text Format and Hexadecimal modes to set the overhead bytes. |

Sets the TTI to be received at the port. |
TTI Received |
For example: a-b-c |
Displays the TTI received at the port. When the TTI received mismatches the TTI to be received, a TTI mismatch alarm occurs. |
TIM Detect Mode |
Only SAPI, Only DAPI, SAPI&DAPI, No Detection Default: No Detection |
Sets the mode of detecting trail trace identifier mismatch. SAPI is the source access point identifier. DAPI is destination access point identifier. |
