TPIDs of local NEs are required for identifying Ethernet services transmitted between local and peer NEs. The TPID of a local NE is recommended to be the same as the peer NE.
In the NE Explorer, select an NE, and choose .
When configuring an E-Line service bwteen two NEs, ensure that the TPIDs used by these two NEs are the same. Otherwise, the service cannot be configured successfully.

When a request VLAN is used for E-Line services transmitted by PWs or QinQs, set the TPID in the request VLAN as requested. The TPID can be set for an NE.
