Object
|
- Equipment that supports the master and slave shelf management: NE name-shelf ID(shelf name)-slot number-board name-port number(port name)(-monitoring level)
- Equipment that does not support the master and slave shelf management: NE name-slot number-board name-port number(port name)(-monitoring level)
NOTE: For details about the differences between the standard and compatibility modes, see the Impacts of the Standard Mode on the Web LCT in Channel Model (OTU, Line or PID Board).

Displays the object that the SM overhead monitors.

TIM Mode
|
Only SAPI, Only DAPI, SAPI&DAPI
Default: SAPI&DAPI
Only SAPI, Only DAPI, SAPI&DAPI, No Detection
Default:
No Detection
|
The TIM Mode parameter is used to set the mode for detecting a trail trace identifier mismatch. |
| TTI to Be Sent |
64 characters
Default: None
|
The TTI to Be Sent parameter is used to set the trail trace identifier (TTI) that should be sent of the OTN path monitoring overhead layer. |
| TTI to Be Received |
A string of 64 characters
Default: None
|
The TTI to Be Received parameter is used to define the TTI to be received at the receive end. The trail trace identifier (TTI) is a string of 64 characters,
including 15 characters used as the source access point identifier, 15 characters used as the sink access point identifier, two characters of 0s, and 32 characters that are defined by carriers. |
| TTI Received |
A string of 64 characters
Default: None
|
The TTI Received parameter
specifies the TTI from the upstream NE that the local NE actually
receives. NOTE: The value of TTI Received must be the same as the value of TTI to be Received. Otherwise, an OTUk_TIM alarm is reported.
Right-click the field of the TTI to be Sent or TTI to be Received parameter and choose from the shortcut menu to copy the overhead bytes to be sent or received. This will improve the work efficiency.
|
LCK Insertion
|
Enabled, Disabled
Default: Disabled
|
Sets whether to turn on the LCK insertion function.
When the function is Enabled, an LCK signal is inserted to the downstream for locking the signal of the user access point. This function is often used by carriers
for a test.
NOTICE: Configuring the parameter LCK Insertion as Enabled may interrupt service.
|
| Threshold-Crossing Threshold |
1.0E-5, 1.0E-4, 1.0E-3
Default: 1.0E-3
|
The Threshold-Crossing Threshold parameter specifies the threshold of the BIP8 error rate for
generating a BER threshold crossing alarm. |
| Degrade Threshold |
1.0E-9, 1.0E-8, 1.0E-7, 1.0E-6, 1.0E-5
Default: 1.0E-6
|
The Degrade Threshold parameter specifies the degrade threshold of the BIP8 BER. |
| DEG Threshold |
1.25G: 1-10167. Default: 1.25G: 3050
2.5G: 1-20420. Default: 2.5G: 6126
5G: 1-41012. Default: 5G: 12303
10G: 1-82025. Default: 10G: 24607
40G: 1-329491. Default: 40G: 98847
100G: 1-856387. Default: 100G: 256916
|
The DEG Threshold parameter specifies the degrade threshold. If BIP8 errors exceed the degrade threshold during a specified detection period, the system
assumes that a threshold crossing event occurs in the that period. One second is a detection period. If errors exceed the degrade threshold continuously during the specified detection period, the OTUk_EXC alarm is reported. |
| DEG Detection Time |
1-10
Default: 7
|
The DEG Detection Time parameter indicates that the OTUk_EXC alarm is reported when the DEG errors exceed the threshold continuously during the time as
specified by this parameter (1s as one detection period). |
| BIP8 Detection Mode |
Poisson, Bursty
Default: Vary with different boards
|
The BIP8 Detection Mode parameter specifies the mode for detecting BIP8 errors. |
| Enable TIM Response |
Disabled, Enabled
Default: Disabled
|
The Enable TIM Response parameter provides an option for inserting the AIS signal after
TTI mismatch occurs. |
DEG Detection Time Window(ms)
|
10, 100, 1000
Default: 1000
|
Set the interval time silce of DEG.
