Performance Monitor Status

In this user interface, you can set the object for the performance monitoring. By default, the performance of each functional module is monitored. The major modules are for the NE performance monitoring status, WDM ASON trail monitoring status, SDH ASON trail monitoring status, SDH ASON TE link monitoring status and control channel monitoring status. By using this function, you can set whether to report the monitoring result of the 24-hour performance automatically.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose ASON > Control Plane Performance > Performance Monitor Status from the Function Tree.

NOTE:

Performance Monitor Status including NE Performance Monitor Status, WDM ASON Trail Performance Monitor Status, SDH ASON Trail Performance Monitor Status, SDH ASON TE Link Performance Monitor Status and Control Channel Performance Monitor Status tabs.

Monitor Status	Enabled, Disabled	Enables or disables the monitoring of the functional module.
24-Hour Auto-Report	Enabled, Disabled	Enables or disables the automatic reporting of the 24-hour performance monitoring data.
