TE Link Alarm Suppression and Severity

In this user interface, you can query and set the alarm suppression state and severity for the TE link control plane.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose ASON > Control Plane Alarm > Alarm Suppression and Severity from the Function Tree, click TE Link Alarm Suppression and Severity tab.

NOTE:

Only the TE link that exists between FIU boards supports the alarm suppression.

Alarm Event

For example: CPW_OCH_TEL_DEG

Displays the alarms in the control plane of a TE link.

Suppression Status

Suppressed, Not Suppressed

Sets the suppression status of an alarm.

Severity

Critical, Major, Minor, Warning

Set the severity of the control plane alarm.

Source (Sink) Node

For example: 1.1.1.2

Displays the source or sink node ID.

Source (Sink) Port

shelf ID(shelf name)-slot number-board name-port number(port name)

Displays the source or sink port of an ASON trail.

Source (Sink) Wavelength

Wavelength No./Wavelength/Frequency

For example: 2/1529.16/196.050

Displays the source or sink wavelength that an ASON trail uses.

Source (Sink) Index

For example: 0x5828B001

Displays the index number of the source or sink of a TE link.

Source (Sink) Payload Type

For example, ODU0, ODU1, ODU2, ODU3, ODU4, ODU5G, ODUflex, OCh

Displays the payload type of the source or sink of a TE link.

Link Signal Type

For example, NONE, ODU1, ODU2, ODU3, ODU4, ODU5G, OTU1, OTU2, ODU3, OTU4, OTU5G, OMS/OTS, OCH, N*OTU2

Displays the link signal type of a TE link.

Max. Wavelength Count

Level:Integer

For example: OCh:80

Displays the maximum number of wavelengths of a TE link.

Available Wavelength Count

Level:Integer

For example: OCh:40

Displays the total number of remaining non-protection wavelengths of a TE link.

Max. Path Count

Level:Integer

For example: ODU1:4

Indicates the number of channels for TE links.

Available Path Count

Level:Integer

For example: ODU1:2

Indicates the number of the remaining channels that can be used for route calculation.

Distance (km)

Integer

For example: 10

Sets the distances of the TE link.

SRLG

Integer

0 - 65535

Sets the No. of SRLG to which the link belongs. A TE link can belong to several SRLGs. Several SRLGs can be separated by comma. For example, 1,3.

Downgrade Type

Normal, LMP Downgraded, Abnormally Downgraded, LMP Downgraded, Abnormally Downgraded

Displays the downgraded type.
