You can set the fiber resource threshold according to network planning. When the fiber resource utilization exceeds the threshold, the Web LCT reports an alarm. Otherwise, the Web LCT does not report any alarm. In this user interface, you can set and query the fiber resource threshold.
In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose from the Function Tree.
