Board ASON Feature Management

In this user interface, you can enable or disable the ASON feature of a board as required.

Navigation

In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose ASON > ASON Feature Management from the Function Tree. Click the Board ASON Feature Management tab.

Parameters

Field	Value	Description
Port	NE-slot-board-port	Displays the port attributes of the board.
Channel Type	For example, SDH_D4_D12	Displays the channel type of the port.
Status	Enable, Disable	Enable or disable the ASON feature of the port. By default, the ASON feature of the optical interface board of the STM-1 or STM-4 level is disabled.
