Viewing Historical Alarms

By viewing all the history alarms recorded by the Web LCT, you can know the faults that once occurred on NEs or on the Web LCT. This helps you to analyze the faults. When you view the history alarms, you can perform other operations for these alarms at the same time, for example, filter alarms.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, choose Alarm > Browse Alarms from the Function Tree and click the Browse Historical Alarms tab.
  2. To query NE alarms by filter criteria, click Filter.
    The Filter dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select the criteria for displaying alarms and click Filter to perform the filtering. The qualified alarm information is displayed in the list.
  4. Optional: Select an alarm. Its details and handling suggestions are displayed in the panes below.
  5. Optional: Click Print or Save As to output the alarm data.
