Common Causes for Downgraded TE Links
Common causes for downgraded TE links are listed as follows:
- The control channel is down.
- The communication between the NE software and the board software is abnormal.
Procedure
- Remove the fault of the control channel.
- If you encounter the following problem, perform a soft reset on the SCC to rectify the fault.
If you query from the NE Explorer interface, the query result shows that the TE link is not downgraded.
