Setting the U2000 Web LCT Access Parameters

In the case of the traditional DCN network, the equipment accesses to the U2000 Web LCT through the SCC board. The RTN equipment can also access to the U2000 Web LCT through the network interface of the Ethernet board. When the RTN equipment accesses to the U2000 Web LCT by using the network interface of the Ethernet board, set the access parameters of the Ethernet board for the equipment to communicate with the U2000 Web LCT.

Context

NOTE:
  • You need to set the parameters only when the U2000 Web LCT accesses the equipment by using an Ethernet service board.
  • By default, the Enabled Status is Disabled.
NOTICE:

  • When the DCN port is interconnected to the U2000 Web LCT, the IP address of the U2000 Web LCT and the IP address of the NNI should not be set to the same subnet.

  • This operation may affect the communication between the U2000 Web LCT and NEs.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Communication > DCN Management from the Function Tree.
  2. Click the Access Control tab, and enter parameters.
  3. Click Apply.
