Performance Graph Analyse

In this user interface, you can collect statistics on the receive and transmit power or signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) every 15 minutes or 24 hours within a specified duration and view the analysis results in a performance diagram.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select an ODU or IF board and choose Configuration > Performance Graph Analyse from the Function Tree.

NOTE:

Set Start Time and End Time before generating a performance analysis diagram. You can query performance statistics only when the preset duration is over. If you do not set the start or end time, the query may fail.

Buttons

Button

Description

Draw

Generates the performance analysis diagram according to the preset data.

Save As

Saves the performance analysis diagram as an image.

Parameters

Field

Value

Description

Start Time

For example: 2009-02-12 22:02:19

Specifies the start time of the performance monitoring.

End Time

For example: 2009-02-12 23:02:19

Specifies the end time of the performance monitoring.

NE Time

For example: 2009-02-01 22:28:39

Specifies the NE time.

Monitoring Period

15 min, 24 h

Specifies the desired monitoring period.

Power

Receive, Transmit

Specifies the power type to be monitored.

SNR Type

SNR Avg., SNR Max., SNR Min., All

Specifies the type of SNR statistics.
  • SNR Avg.: Displays the average SNR statistics in the diagram.
  • SNR Max.: Displays the maximum SNR statistics in the diagram.
  • SNR Min.: Displays the minimum SNR statistics in the diagram.
  • All: Displays the average, maximum, and minimum SNR statistics in the diagram.

Performance Type

SNR, MSE

SNR Avg., SNR Max., and SNR Min. take effect if you set this parameter to SNR.

MSE Avg., MSE Max., and MSE Min. take effect if you set this parameter to MSE.

SNR Avg.

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether to display a graph in the lower pane of the window for average-SNR statistics.

SNR Max.

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether to display a graph in the lower pane of the window for maximum-SNR statistics.

SNR Min.

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether to display a graph in the lower pane of the window for minimum-SNR statistics.

MSE Avg.

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether to display a graph in the lower pane of the window for average-MSE statistics.

MSE Max.

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether to display a graph in the lower pane of the window for maximum-MSE statistics.

MSE Min.

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether to display a graph in the lower pane of the window for minimum-MSE statistics.

All

Checked, Unchecked

Specifies whether to display a graph in the lower pane of the window for all statistics.

Instant Performance Value

For example: MSE Avg: -20,MSE Max:-12 ,MSE Min: 00 ,MSE Cur: 00

This parameter takes effect when Performance Type is set to MSE. Current MSE performance refreshes in real time and can be learned from Instant Performance Value.
