The weighted round robin (WRR) scheduling algorithm ensures that the queues of different service levels are scheduled by turns so that each queue is served for certain time.
For RTN NEs, in the NE Explorer, click the NE and choose .
Port policies can apply the created WRR scheduling policy.
Field |
Value |
Description |
|---|---|---|
Policy ID |
1 to 128 |
Indicates the ID of a policy. |
Assign Automatically |
Checked, Unchecked |
Specifies whether the ID is allocated automatically.
NOTE:
The automatically allocated IDs range from 1 to 128. Unused IDs are automatically allocated in ascending order. |
Policy Name |
Example: WRR Policy Name |
Indicates the name of a policy. |
CS7 Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the CS7 service level. CS7: Indicates the highest forwarding priority for control packets on a network. Service levels in terms of forwarding priority are CS7, CS6, EF, AF4, AF3, AF2, AF1, and BE in descending order. |
CS6 Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the CS6 service level. CS6: Indicates the forwarding priority that is lower than CS7 for control packets on a network. |
EF Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the EF service level. EF: Indicates the expedited forwarding priority for low-delay services, for example, voice services. |
AF4 Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the AF4 service level. AF4: Indicates the assured forwarding priority 4. |
AF3 Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the AF3 service level. AF3: Indicates the assured forwarding priority 3. |
AF2 Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the AF2 service level. AF2: Indicates the assured forwarding priority 2. |
AF1 Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the AF1 service level. AF1: Indicates the assured forwarding priority 1. |
BE Scheduling Weight |
0 to 100 |
Indicates the scheduling weight of the BE service level. BE: Indicates the best effort forwarding priority for services without QoS guarantee on a network. |
