Remote Maintenance Point Management

The remote maintenance point can ensure that two MEPs are in the same maintenance association (MA).

Navigation Path

For RTN NEs, in the NE Explorer, select the NE and choose Configuration > Ethernet OAM Management > Ethernet Service OAM Management from the Function Tree. Choose OAM > Manage Remote MEP Point.

MP ID	For example: 6	Sets the MP ID.
Maintenance Domain Name	8 bytes	Sets the maintenance domain name.
Maintenance Association Name	8 bytes	Sets the maintenance association name.
