A split horizon group is a group of V-UNIs or V-NNIs that do not allow for interconnection at one station. The split horizon group prevents the cycling route and the loop.
For RTN NEs, in the NE Explorer, click the NE and choose . Then, click the Split Horizon Group tab.

Set members in the split horizon group. Several members are separated by ",". You can set some UNIs or NNIs as a split horizon group. For OptiX OSN 500, RTN 900 and OptiX OSN 1800 series NEs, the number of Split Horizon Group Member should not be more than 1024. |
