An NMS interface is a logical interface that is formed by binding network interfaces on the main control board of an NE. It can access E-LAN services on the UNI side after basic attributes are configured.
In the NE Explorer, click the NE and choose from the Function Tree. Then, click the Basic Attributes tab.
