Port Configuration

In this user interface, you can set and query the parameters related to the port configuration.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select an NE, choose Configuration > Control Plane Configuration > IGP-OSPF Configuration from the Function Tree. Click the Port Configuration tab.

Parameters

Field	Value	Description
IGP-OSPF Instance ID	1 to 65535	Specifies the ID of the IGP-OSPF instance.
Port	For example: Slot-Board Name-Port (Port No.)	Displays the port whose IGP-OSPF parameters are required to be set. A port can be added to the instances of different route protocols. A port, however, can be added to only one instance of each route protocol. The OSPF protocol port can be an Ethernet interface, Ethernet virtual interface, or MP group.
Hello Timer (s)	1 to 65535	Sets the timer of hello packets. The IGP-OSPF protocol periodically transmits hello packets from the port. The RTN equipment maintains the neighbor relations by transmitting and receiving the hello packets.
