Tunnel Settings

In this user interface, you can set and query parameters related to the DCN management.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, click the NE and choose Communication > DCN Management from the Function Tree. Then, click the Tunnel Settings tab.

IP Tunnel

Checked, Unchecked

Sets whether the IP tunnel is selected.

GRE Tunnel

Checked, Unchecked

Sets whether the GRE is selected.

Tunnel ID

Example: 5

Displays the tunnels used for transmitting the management information between NEs, including IP tunnel and GRE tunnel.

Enabled Status

Enabled, Disabled

Enables or disables the tunnel.

  • Enabled: The management information between NEs can be transmitted through this tunnel.
  • Disabled: The management information between NEs cannot be transmitted through this tunnel.

Encapsulation Format

MPLS

Sets the format of encapsulation.

When the Enabled Status is set to Enabled, the Encapsulation Format is available.
