Alarm is the primary information source for you to learn the network running status and to locate faults. Hence, you need to familiarize yourself with the basic concepts and related operations of the alarm management so that you can effectively obtain and manage the alarms.

• Alarm Viewing Operations
  By viewing the alarms, the network maintainer can know the running status of the network in time. You can view the current or history alarms of the U2000 Web LCT, network equipment and services. Meanwhile, you can synchronize, check and acknowledge these alarms.
• Alarm Severity
  Alarm severity is used to identify the severity level, significance and urgency of an alarm.
• Alarm Category
  The alarms can be categorized according to the U2000 Web LCT standards and functions.
