Stopping a Test

If you want to cancel a test or before you start a test of other types, you can stop the out-of-service test that is currently running.

Prerequisites

The line is in the test state.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Configuration > Submarine Cable Line Monitoring from the Function Tree.
  2. Select a line that is in the test state, click Out-of-Service Mode, and select Stop the Test.
  3. Click OK in the dialog box that is displayed. The current working status is shown as Idle Status and the line test stops.
