Analyzing the Repeater Test Data

You can analyze the repeater test data from the daily test data in in-service mode. According to the history data of the repeater, you can determine the gain trend and component status, to provide experience for line maintenance.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Configuration > Submarine Cable Line Monitoring from the Function Tree.
  2. Select a line, click In-Service Mode, and choose Repeater Test Data Analysis. The Repeater Test Data Analysis window is displayed.

  3. Select the value of Repeater ID from the drop-down list. The user interface displays the history gain information of the repeater.
  4. Click to close the window.
