Exporting the Line Test Baseline

On the U2000 Web LCT, you can export the line test baseline of the current line and save the baseline data as a file to a client computer. The file can be imported to another line and used as the baseline data of the line.

Prerequisites

The test baseline of the line must exist.

Procedure

In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Configuration > Submarine Cable Line Monitoring from the Function Tree.
There are two navigation paths to the baseline management window.
- In-service mode: Select a line, click In-Service Mode and select Baseline Management. The In-Service Mode Baseline Management window is displayed.
- Out-of-service mode: Select a line, click Out-of-Service Mode and select Baseline Management. The Out-of-Service Mode Baseline Management window is displayed.
Click Export Baseline. In the dialog box that is displayed, name the file, specify the saving path, and then click Save.
NOTE:
The format of the exported file is .sor.
A prompt is displayed telling you that the file is successfully exported. Click OK.
