A test result is the basis for line monitoring and maintenance. After a test, you can query a line test result to verify the current status of a line according to the test result.
Procedure
- In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose from the Function Tree.
- Click Query Line Status to query the line status from NEs.
- Select a line and click View Test Result. The View Test Result window is displayed.
NOTE: - When the line is being tested, that is, the line is in the test status, you can click View Current Test Result to view the test progress.
- If you want to refresh test results periodically, set Scheduled Refresh to Open.
- Select a record in the History Test Record area. The window displays the data of this record.
NOTE: The default methods of opening the History Test Record file are as follows:
- If there is no open file currently, a file opened in the in-service mode is represented by a bar chart while a file opened in the out-of-service mode is represented by a curve diagram.
- If there is an open file currently, the newly opened file is represented by the same figure type as the currently-open file. For example, in the View Test Result dialog box, a file is opened in the out-of-service mode and is represented by a curve diagram. In this case, if you open another file in the in-service mode, this newly opened file is also represented by a curve diagram.
