History Performance

In this user interface, you can set and query current 15-minute or current 24-hour performance parameters.

Navigation Path

In the NE Management, click a board and select Performance > History Performance from the Function Tree.

Reset

Resets the history performance register.

Filter Criteria

Monitored Object

Default: All

Selects a monitored object.ALL means monitoring all the functional block of the board.

Monitor Period

15-Minute, 24-Hour

Selects the performance monitoring period.

From/To

Year-Month-Day Hour:Minute:Second

Sets the start time and end time of the performance monitoring.

Measure

Performance Event Type: Launched Optical Power, Cooling Current, Radio Transmitted Signal Level, Radio Received Signal Level, Received Optical Power, Bias Current, Channel central wavelength offset, Channel signal-to-noise ratio, Temperature, Channel central wavelength, CPU/Memory usage, Others

Display Options: Current Value, Maximum/Minimum Value.

Selects performance event type and display options.

NOTE:

On the board level, all performance events supported by the board are provided as options for setting the performance event.

Count

Performance Event Type: RS OOF Count, Optical data segment bit error, OSC error, RS Error (B1), MS Error (B2), Optical transmission section error, AU Pointer Justification, TU Pointer Justification, VC4 Path Error (B3), VC3/VC12/VC11 Path Error (B3/V5), Other Errors

Display Options: Zero Data.

History Performance Event Lists

Monitored Object

For example: NE(126-88)-Shelf0(subrack)-6-LOG-ENV:1

Displays the performance monitoring object.

Performance Event

For example: RSUAS(S)

Displays the name of a performance event.

Monitor Period

15-Minute, 24-Hour

Displays the performance monitoring period

End Time

Year-Month-Day Hour:Minute:Second

Displays the time to end performance monitoring.

Performance Value

For example: 334.00

Displays the performance count value.

Validity

Valid, Invalid, -

Specifies whether the queried performance data is accumulated in a complete monitoring period.

  • Valid: indicates that the performance data is accumulated in a complete monitoring period.
  • Invalid: indicates that the performance data is not accumulated in a complete monitoring period because of NE reset or power off during performance collection.
  • -: Indicates that some old NEs do not support the parameter Validity. The U2000 can collect statistics on their performance data in the monitoring period, but you cannot confirm whether the performance data is collected in a complete monitoring period.
