Baseline Management

In this user interface, you can perform operations such as viewing, setting, uploading, and deleting the baseline.

Navigation Path

In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Configuration > Submarine Cable Line Monitoring from the Function Tree. Select a line, click In-Service Mode, and choose Baseline Management.
In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Configuration > Submarine Cable Line Monitoring from the Function Tree. Select a line, click Out-of-Service Mode, and choose Baseline Management.

Buttons

Button	Description
Set as the Baseline	Sets a saved history record as the line test baseline.
Display the Baseline	Displays the line test baseline.
Upload the Baseline	Uploads the baseline from the NE to the U2000 Web LCT.
Delete the Baseline	Deletes the line test baseline.
Import Baseline	Download the baseline from U2000 Web LCT to the NE.
Export Baseline	Export the baseline file of the U2000 Web LCT.

Toolbar Buttons

Toolbar buttons are located on the toolbar. When a certain toolbar button is depressed, it indicates that the toolbar button is selected. For details of toolbar buttons, see Toolbar Buttons.

Parameters

Field		Value	Description
Event List	Event Number	For example: 1	Displays the serial number of an event on the line.
	Event Type	-	Displays the event type.
	Event Location (km)	For example: 5	Displays the location where the event occurs.
	Attenuation Coefficient (dB/km)	For example: 0	Displays the Attenuation Coefficient.
	Event Attenuation Value (dB)	For example: 0	Displays the Event Attenuation Value.
	Event Reflection Value (dB)	For example: 0	Displays the Event Reflection Value.
Repeater Gain Info	Number	For example: 1	Displays the serial number of a repeater gain report.
	Location (km)	For example: 0.0	Displays the X coordinate of the gain in the graphical pane.
	Gain (dB)	For example: 0.0	Displays the gain that is the Y coordinate in the graphical pane.
