In this user interface, you can query the OSI port parameters for an NE.
In the NE Explorer, select from the Function Tree. Click Port Parameters tab.

Displays the LAPD actor. The LAPD Role parameter indicates the LAPD actor of one of two connected parties. Negotiation may be successful only when two connected parties are configured with different LAPD actors.
When adjacent NEs run the OSI protocol, set the LAPD role of one NE to User and the LAPD role of the other NE to Network to realize LAPD negotiation. |
