Setting NE Communication Parameters

When configuring communication, set the parameters including IP, subnet mask, gateway IP, extended ID, and connection mode for the NE.

The IP GNE must be created.

NOTICE:

The operation of modifying the NE communication parameters interrupts the communication and affects services.

In the NE Explorer, select an NE and choose Communication > Communication Parameters from the Function Tree.
Set the NE communication parameters including IP Address, Extended ID, Gateway IP Address, Subnet Mask and Connection Mode.
Click Apply and then click OK in the Warning dialog box that is displayed twice. Click Close in the Operation Result dialog box.
